William Edward Bibby, aged 38, was last seen between September and November 1993 after he left a residence in Troy, Michigan, where he had been paroled earlier that year. Prior to his disappearance, Bibby had served time in prison for theft and was living in Oakland County. He left the area without contacting any family members and has not been seen or heard from since.
