Missing

Carlos Rivas, age 41, was last seen on May 10, 1994, in El Paso, Texas. He is classified as an endangered missing person, largely due to his medical condition. Carlos suffers from schizophrenia and was in need of medication at the time of his disappearance. On the day he was last seen, he was wearing a brown plaid shirt, khaki pants, and brown shoes.
