Scott Allen Brown, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on June 12, 1996, in Houston, Texas. He was living at an apartment in the 1300 block of Greens Parkway. Brown was last seen driving a red 1986 Mazda RX7 with Texas plates MSJ05X. Both Brown and his vehicle have been missing ever since, with no confirmed sightings or developments in the case.
