On a summer day in June of 1998, 51-year-old Fred Raymond Jennings was enjoying time on Lost Creek Lake in Trail, Oregon. What began as a recreational outing turned tragic when a boating accident occurred. In the confusion and aftermath of the incident, Fred could not be located. An extensive search of the lake and surrounding areas was launched by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, but their efforts to find him were unsuccessful.
