On a summer day in June of 1998, 51-year-old Fred Raymond Jennings was enjoying time on Lost Creek Lake in Trail, Oregon. What began as a recreational outing turned tragic when a boating accident occurred. In the confusion and aftermath of the incident, Fred could not be located.
