Margaret Mae Tighe, a 33-year-old woman from Manhattan, Kansas, was last seen on November 24, 1998. Her live-in boyfriend, Michael D. Klingsieck, claimed to have dropped her off at the intersection of US-24 and McCall Road in Manhattan. Tighe was reported missing by her family on December 10, 1998, after they had not heard from her for several weeks, an unusual situation given her regular contact with them.
