Dora Marie Silva, a 32-year-old mother of four, disappeared from her home in San Fernando, California, on May 8, 1999. She was last seen leaving her residence around 11:00 p.m., driving her dark blue and gray 1997 Chevrolet Astro van. Silva never returned home, and her family, who had no prior history of her disappearing, reported her missing the following day, which was Mother's Day.
