In the summer of 1999, a 50-year-old man named Robert David Powers, also known by his nicknames Dave or Lucky, vanished from his home in Tucson, Arizona. The last known date of contact with him was August 24, 1999. Robert was a tall man, standing at six feet, six inches, with brown hair and blue eyes. He wore distinctive prescription eyeglasses with thick lenses and black frames. At the time he went missing, his weight was estimated to be between 170 and 190 pounds.
