In the spring of 2002, a 34-year-old man named Richard Lee Frye was in Stroud, Oklahoma, a small city in Lincoln County. He was staying at the local Best Western hotel and was reportedly in the process of working with a church to get into a treatment program. On April 1, 2002, he left the hotel and vanished.
