In the summer of 2010, a family's life was forever altered by the silent disappearance of a loved one. Chleise Lynn Drew, a 44-year-old Black / African American female, was last seen on August 3, 2010, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The last person to reportedly see her was her grandmother, at a location on the 2000 block of Granite Street. At the time she went missing, Chleise was described as being between 5'1" and 5'3" tall and weighing between 105 and 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was reportedly wearing blue jeans on the day she vanished. A notable characteristic is a birthmark on her inner thigh. After that August day, Chleise had no further contact with her family, and her absence would stretch from days into years, leaving her loved ones without answers. The days following Chleise’s last known sighting were filled with a growing sense of unease as the silence from her became deafening. It wasn't until over a year later, on October 6, 2011, that a formal report was made to the Philadelphia Police Department. This initiated an official investigation into her disappearance. Her case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) under case number MP28211. Despite these efforts, information about the specific circumstances leading to her disappearance has remained scarce. The simple and heartbreaking fact is that after being seen by her grandmother, she was gone without a trace. The investigation into Chleise Drew's disappearance has unfortunately yielded few public developments over the years. The Philadelphia Police Department's Northeast Detectives division has been handling the case, but the passage of time has not brought the closure her family desperately seeks. The lack of contact with any family or friends since August 3, 2010, is a prominent and concerning feature of her case. This complete absence of communication points to a troubling departure from her normal life. The overview of Chleise Drew's case is one of quiet mystery; a woman vanished from a familiar place after seeing a close relative, and despite the passage of more than a decade, the reasons for her disappearance and her current whereabouts remain unknown.
