Claudette Stellon, a 67-year-old woman from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was last seen on April 10, 2013. Suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, Stellon’s mental health condition made her particularly vulnerable, requiring medical attention. Despite her family’s attempts to stay in contact, she severed ties after becoming upset with them in 2011, leading her to disappear. Stellon left her home, leaving behind all of her personal belongings. She was last definitively located in 2014 in Honolulu, Hawaii, and again in the Los Angeles area in 2016, but her current whereabouts remain unknown.
Her family, concerned for her well-being, reported her missing three years after her last known communication, in April 2016. Given her mental illness and the fact that she vanished without taking any of her possessions, authorities consider her case to be one of an endangered missing person. Despite intermittent sightings, the case remains unsolved, with no confirmed contact or information since 2016. Local law enforcement continues to investigate, and anyone with information is urged to come forward to help solve the case.
