Robert Grant Alexander, a 57-year-old man from Box Elder, Montana, was last seen on April 25, 2013. His disappearance remains a mystery. Shortly after he went missing, his vehicle was discovered on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation in the Sandy Creek area, on a road that leads toward Mount Baldy. Inside the vehicle, investigators found his pajama bottoms and shoes, but there was no trace of Alexander himself. Despite extensive searches in the area, including in the Bear Paw Mountains, where he was known to be familiar, no significant clues have surfaced regarding his whereabouts.
Prior to his disappearance, Alexander was reportedly acting paranoid and behaving unusually. Given his respiratory issues, which required him to use medical aids, and his limited mobility, it is unlikely that he wandered off into the wilderness on foot.
These circumstances, coupled with the discovery of his personal items left behind in his car, have led authorities to suspect foul play. Investigators have not ruled out other possibilities, but no definitive leads have been uncovered in the years since he vanished.
