In the autumn of 2013, a young boy named Jeremy Shinoy John, then eight years old, disappeared from Charlottesville, Virginia. He was last seen on September 28, 2013. Jeremy is a male of multi-racial descent, including Black, White, and Indian heritage, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time he went missing, he was described as being approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 58 pounds.
