Jeremy Shinoy John, age 8, and his younger brother Ethan were abducted by their non-custodial father, Shinoy John, on September 28, 2013, from Charlottesville, Virginia. The children, who are of Indian, African-American, and Caucasian descent, were last known to be in India, where they were seen in December 2014. Despite efforts to locate them, they are still believed to be in India.
