In the coastal city of Newport, Oregon, the summer of 2014 was marked by the unsettling disappearance of 25-year-old Benjamin Lamar Roberson. He was last seen on the Fourth of July, a day typically filled with celebration, which has since become a somber anniversary for those who knew him.
