Matthew Milton, a 32-year-old scuba diver from Winter Springs, Florida, went missing on November 2, 2014, while diving off the coast of Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Milton was out on a 23-foot boat with his brother-in-law, Jeff Stewart. After surfacing from a dive, the two realized their boat had drifted away.
