Robert Tellez, a 58-year-old disabled Navy veteran, was last seen on May 26, 2015, when he left an assisted living facility in Artesia, California. Tellez, who was between 5'5" and 5'8" tall and weighed approximately 155 to 165 pounds, had gray or partially gray hair at the time of his disappearance.
