Karen Rae Bosta was a 39-year-old woman who vanished from Edenton, North Carolina, on May 30, 2015. On that day, she informed her mother that she was going out to run errands and meet with friends. Later that evening, she sent a text message to her mother indicating she would be home early. She was last seen at approximately 10:00 p.m. leaving a Food Lion store on North Broad Street.
