Karen Bosta, 39 years old at the time, was last seen on May 30, 2015, in Edenton, North Carolina. She left her home around noon that day, intending to run some errands and meet with friends. However, she never returned home, and her red 1997 Lincoln Continental was found days later, locked and abandoned in a parking lot on Broad Street. Her car keys and personal items, including a pink paisley-patterned purse, were missing.
