Daniel Dale Lambert, a 43-year-old man from Wildwood, Missouri, was last seen on September 8, 2015, his birthday. He disappeared from his residence in the 2300 block of Forest Leaf Parkway. Lambert left behind a suicide note and a map of the Mark Twain National Forest, a vast area spanning several counties in Missouri. His maroon and red 1997 Ford Ranger was found a week later, abandoned at a campsite in the forest. Despite a search of the area, there were no signs of Lambert himself.
