Heather Coburn, a 43-year-old woman from Niagara Falls, New York, was last seen on September 19, 2015. Witnesses reported that she went over the edge of Niagara Falls at Prospect's Point, and it appeared to be an intentional act. Onlookers described seeing her go into the water in what was suspected to be a suicide.
