Kardai Burse, a 17-year-old from Hayward, California, has been missing since March 9, 2024. He was last seen around 3 p.m. near the 100 block of Cherry Way in Hayward. Kardai is Black, with black hair and brown eyes, and stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black sweatshirt with “Women Scare Me” written on it, black sweatpants with white writing, and possibly carrying a gray backpack.
Authorities are concerned for Kardai's safety as he had no cellphone or money with him and is unfamiliar with public transportation. His family and the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding his whereabouts.
