Kardai Burse, a 17-year-old from Hayward, California, has been missing since March 9, 2024. He was last seen around 3 p.m. near the 100 block of Cherry Way in Hayward. Kardai is Black, with black hair and brown eyes, and stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black sweatshirt with “Women Scare Me” written on it, black sweatpants with white writing, and possibly carrying a gray backpack.
