Octavia Ann Goolsby, a 24-year-old woman from Greensboro, North Carolina, went missing on July 16, 1986. She was last seen leaving her home on West Florida Street to head to work. At the time of her disappearance, Octavia was the mother of several young children, whom she left behind. Her case has remained unsolved for decades, and there has been very little information available about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
