At the time he went missing, Virgin was a resident of McClain County and was described as a white male, standing 5'10' to 5'11' and weighing approximately 262 pounds. His hair was brown and gray, parted on the side with a widow's peak, and he had a mustache or a mustache and beard.
Robert Virgin was last seen wearing a medium blue knit short-sleeved shirt with navy stripes, beige polyester pants, a tan corduroy coat, and a cap from the Joseph Harp Correctional Center. He also wore dark gray glasses, a watch, and his wedding band.
