Marie Louise Andrus, 37 years old, was last seen on August 20, 1987, after leaving her home in Davis, California, in a distressed state following an argument. Her disappearance is considered suspicious, particularly given that she was reported to be contemplating suicide at the time. On September 5, 1987, her car was discovered by a Fish and Game officer in the Beaver Creek area of the Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County.
