Keith Allan Kirby, 23, was last seen on October 13, 1990, in Lancaster, California. On the day of his disappearance, he visited a friend's home, but after a short visit, he left and was never heard from again. The following day, his family discovered his vehicle abandoned, raising further concerns about his safety.
Kirby was described as a white male, standing 6'1" tall and weighing about 140 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt with orange sleeves, blue jeans, and tan work boots. He also had several distinctive tattoos, including his initials "KAK" on his right shoulder and a cross on his left shoulder.
