Jennifer Joyce Downs, age 20, was last heard from on May 14, 1991, when she made a phone call to her mother from a pay phone in Weston Park, Hemet, California. Jennifer had planned to return home but told her mother she had met some friends and would be late. This was the last time anyone heard from her. Jennifer, who was known by the nickname "Buzz," has blonde hair, blue eyes, and several tattoos, including a rose on her left breast and a cat on her left arm.
