Jennifer Joyce Downs, age 20, was last heard from on May 14, 1991, when she made a phone call to her mother from a pay phone in Weston Park, Hemet, California. Jennifer had planned to return home but told her mother she had met some friends and would be late. This was the last time anyone heard from her. Jennifer, who was known by the nickname "Buzz," has blonde hair, blue eyes, and several tattoos, including a rose on her left breast and a cat on her left arm.

Authorities suspect foul play in her disappearance. Her apartment showed no signs of disturbance, and she never collected her final paycheck from her job at Carl's Jr. Her family describes her as responsible, and it was highly unusual for her to vanish without any communication. Investigators have treated her case as suspicious, but no substantial leads have emerged since 1991, and Jennifer remains missing.
