Andrea Jerri White, a 22-year-old Native American woman, was last seen on July 31, 1991, hitchhiking along Highway 299 near Blue Lake, California. At the time, Andrea was traveling back to her home in Hoopa after attending a court date in Eureka. Witnesses reported seeing her possibly getting into a green and white four-door Chevrolet Impala with mud or snow tires. Andrea was carrying a black and white duffel bag, which contained personal items such as a purple skirt and black satin pumps.
