On April 25, 1993, 33-year-old Gloria Cruz Medina was reported missing from Phoenix, Arizona. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing between 95 and 115 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. Distinctive tattoos adorned her body: a flower on her right breast, the word "Mother" or "Gloria" on her left wrist, and "Leto" on her left ankle.
