Jessie James Cooper, a 69-year-old man, was last seen on June 12, 1993, in Houston, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, he was living in a group home located on Ellington Street. Cooper, who had a mental disorder that may have caused confusion, walked away from the group home and has not been seen or heard from since.
