In the late summer of 1994, a sense of quiet uncertainty began to envelop the community of East Ridge, Tennessee, following the disappearance of one of its residents. Robert Blaskoski, a 57-year-old man, was last seen on August 20, 1994. On that day, he was seen leaving a residence at 18 Wando Drive in the company of an unidentified woman.
