Roger Dupuis, a 39-year-old man from Biddeford, Maine, was last seen on December 4, 1995. Dupuis, who struggled with alcoholism, was reportedly seen at Bob's Exxon, where he purchased alcohol, shortly before he disappeared. He was known to frequent areas near the river, often crossing between Biddeford and Saco using the bridge.
