Eric Joseph Barbree, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on November 23, 2000, swimming near Tunnel Rock at Sand Dollar Beach in Monterey County, California. At approximately 3:00 p.m., he was reported to have been in the water, but he never returned, and no one has heard from him since. Despite an extensive search of the area, including both land and sea, no trace of Eric was found. Authorities believe that he may have drowned, although his body was never recovered.
