Eric Joseph Barbree, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on November 23, 2000, swimming near Tunnel Rock at Sand Dollar Beach in Monterey County, California. At approximately 3:00 p.m., he was reported to have been in the water, but he never returned, and no one has heard from him since.
