Jorge L. Galvan, a 35-year-old mechanic, was last seen on November 27, 2002, in Houston, Texas. He was reported missing after leaving his place of work while driving a customer's vehicle. Galvan, who resided in the 8300 block of Barkley Street at the time, had brown hair, brown eyes, and was 5'7", weighing 170 pounds. He was wearing a tan shirt, black or beige pants, and boots.
