On August 17, 2011, after arriving in Eagle Pass, Patsy vanished and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, it is believed she was driving a silver 2011 Nissan Rogue with Texas license plate number CK3N650.
The circumstances surrounding Patsy's disappearance remain unclear, and it is not known for certain whether she went missing from Eagle Pass or from across the border in Piedras Negras. Her vehicle, the silver Nissan Rogue, has also never been located. Authorities and her family were left with few leads to follow. The lack of communication from Patsy was highly out of character, sparking immediate concern for her safety and welfare. The case has been classified as an endangered missing person case.
