Jivko Todorov, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on August 31, 2010, in Wheeling, Illinois. Standing between 6'0" and 6'1" and weighing around 160 pounds, Todorov had brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinguishing birthmark on his lower left forearm.
