Nigel Jay, a 34-year-old man, was last seen on April 7, 2013, in Oakland, California. On that evening, he was supposed to return his rental car and deliver medication to his father, but he never completed either task. His last known whereabouts were in the 1900 block of Broadway, where he went to drop off keys for a friend. His disappearance raised alarm when he did not return home or make further contact with anyone.
