Ramsey Jenkins, a 39-year-old man, was last seen on December 9, 2013, in Centerville, Tennessee. He was reportedly at the edge of the Duck River at the time of his disappearance. It is suspected that he may have fallen into the river, although this has not been confirmed. Jenkins was described as a Black male, standing around 5'10" and weighing approximately 210 pounds, with black hair.
