This case is classified as a family abduction, with law enforcement issuing felony warrants for Luis Rosario Sr., who has previous charges related to sex offenses.
At the time of her disappearance, Lissy was described as being 3 feet tall, weighing 70 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her siblings, Kristy (7 years old) and Luis (5 years old), were also missing under similar circumstances. The family may have fled together, but their exact whereabouts have remained unknown despite several years of investigation. Age-progression photos have been released in hopes of assisting the public in identifying Lissy and her siblings, now believed to be much older.
