Bryan Smith, a 43-year-old man from Cleveland, Tennessee, was reported missing on April 3, 2015. He was last seen near White Oak Valley Road by his brother, who initially delayed contacting the authorities, hoping that Bryan would return home on his own. By Sunday, after realizing his brother had not returned, he reported Bryan missing.
