Noel Garrett Beckman, aged 47, was last seen on May 1, 2015, in Fort Pierce, Florida. Beckman, who was homeless at the time, lived in the woods near a gym on St. Lucie Boulevard and U.S. 1, and spent much of his time fishing. He was known to travel on a red ten-speed bicycle. At the time of his disappearance, he had expressed intentions to potentially leave for North Carolina with a woman named "April."
Beckman had not accessed his bank account, which received Social Security payments, since his disappearance, raising concerns about his wellbeing. Family members and local authorities have struggled to find any leads, and Beckman has been missing without any contact with his family, which was highly unusual for him. His case is classified as endangered due to concerns that he may have been suicidal at the time of his disappearance.
