Bernardo Osorio-Lugo, age 64, was last seen on September 23, 2015, in St. Petersburg, Florida. On that day, his car was found abandoned in the emergency lane of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, facing north. A Florida Highway Patrol Trooper reported seeing a man who matched Osorio-Lugo’s description near the vehicle on the bridge.
