Arthur Sassone, a 46-year-old from St. Petersburg, Florida, went missing on January 16, 1994, while on a fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico. Sassone was part of a group of four who were on a grouper fishing expedition aboard a boat called the *Double O*.
