Rizwan Mansur Dhanani, 46, was last seen on April 1, 2016, in Auburn, Washington. Earlier that night, a fire broke out at the Celtic Bayou restaurant in Redmond, which Dhanani owned. The fire, which occurred shortly after 1:00 a.m., was determined to be arson, and a witness reported seeing a man leaving the scene around the time the fire started. Although Dhanani was not considered a suspect, investigators believed he might have information regarding the incident.
