Ricardo Neria, a 77-year-old man, was last seen on April 25, 2016, in Odessa, Texas. He was known to frequent the Salvation Army shelter in Odessa for meals, as he lived as a homeless person for several years. Originally from El Paso, he often traveled between Odessa and El Paso, where his closest relatives resided. Neria was dealing with multiple health issues, including dementia and recently treated skin cancer, which had resulted in part of his nose being removed.
