In the early summer of 2016, a young mother named Jessie Grace Rubio-Montejano, also known as Jessie Grace Moore, vanished from Wenatchee, Washington. At 23 years old, Jessie was a daughter, a sister, and a mother to two young sons. Her family last had contact with her during the week of June 20th.
