Jessie Rubio-Montejano, a 23-year-old mother of two, was last seen during the week of June 20, 2016, in Wenatchee, Washington. She was reported missing by her family on June 29, after they had not heard from her for days. Jessie was possibly seen on June 23 near the intersection of South Wenatchee Avenue and Ferry Street, where a witness claimed to have seen her getting into a dark-colored car with a Hispanic male. However, this account was later retracted.
