Luis Prado Perez, a 19-year-old from Salinas, California, was last seen on July 30, 2016. He had been on a road trip to the Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park with two friends. After their car experienced a flat tire near Templin Highway and Interstate 5 in Castaic, California, Luis reportedly walked away from the vehicle. His friends later returned home without him, and Luis has not been heard from since.
Despite extensive efforts by the Salinas Police Department, his case remains unsolved, with foul play not immediately suspected.
Luis is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and green eyes, standing 5'9" and weighing 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray plaid sweatshirt and dark-colored jeans. He also has a distinct tattoo of a cross with Jesus on his left forearm. Although there has been no clear evidence indicating foul play, the circumstances of his disappearance remain puzzling.
