Luis Prado Perez, a 19-year-old from Salinas, California, was last seen on July 30, 2016. He had been on a road trip to the Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park with two friends. After their car experienced a flat tire near Templin Highway and Interstate 5 in Castaic, California, Luis reportedly walked away from the vehicle.
