Baby Female Arnold, also known as "Baby Girl Arnold," was last seen on November 9, 2016, in Kansas City, Kansas. Born in late October 2016, Baby Arnold was placed in protective custody by the Kansas Department for Children and Families just a few days after her birth. Following her removal from her parents' custody, the child disappeared under unclear circumstances.
