Helen Darlene Fuller, a 19-year-old woman from Durham, North Carolina, was last seen on November 24, 1983. She had traveled from Hollywood, Florida, to Durham to spend Thanksgiving with her family. On the day of her disappearance, Helen and her companion, Phil “Skip” Parselli, left her parents' house to visit her grandmother but never arrived.
