Kelly Disney, a 17-year-old from Newport, Oregon, went missing on March 9, 1984, after leaving her boyfriend's apartment following an argument. She was last seen walking east on Highway 20 in the early morning hours. Despite search efforts, Kelly remained missing for a decade until July 1994, when her skull was discovered in an abandoned car near Big Creek Reservoir in Newport.
