Mark John Refsell, age 29, was last seen on March 26, 1986, in Newport, Oregon. He was reportedly visiting Oregon on vacation and was due to return to Montana by March 29. However, he never arrived. His car was later found abandoned near a cliff off Highway 101, north of Newport, leading authorities to suspect that he may have accidentally fallen into the ocean while possibly taking photos. Despite searches, his body was never recovered.
