Wayne George Manley, a 29-year-old man, was last seen at his home in Buena Park, California, on April 1, 1986. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds, Manley had brown hair and blue eyes. He also had a distinct birthmark on his inner thigh. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white baseball-style shirt, Levi jeans, tan leather shoes, a light brown hat with "Aspen" on it, and a black plastic calculator watch.
