Johnnie H. Ball, 60, was last seen on the night of September 27, 1988, in Kansas, Oklahoma. On that evening, a vehicle drove up to his residence, and someone honked the horn, prompting Ball to leave in a green Dodge. He was seen again the following morning when he briefly returned home, collected some clothes and a puppy, but he never came back after that. His last known whereabouts were in the Twin Oaks and Siloam Springs areas of Arkansas.
